Team Descriptions
Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all guests. They greet and assist visitors, provide information, offer refreshments, and ensure everyone feels valued and comfortable during services and events.
Usher Team
The Usher Team helps facilitate smooth and organized seating arrangements during services and events. They guide attendees to their seats, assist with crowd control, operate as catchers at the altar, and address any immediate needs or concerns.
Welcome Team
The Welcome Team is the first point of contact for newcomers and guests. They provide a friendly introduction to The Stirring, answer questions, offer guidance, and help all guests feel connected to the community.
Security Team
The Security Team ensures the safety and well-being of all attendees during services and events. They monitor entrances and exits, manage crowd control, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with local authorities to maintain a secure environment.
Worship Team
The Worship Team leads the congregation in uplifting and meaningful worship experiences. They consist of musicians, singers, and worship leaders who use their gifts and talents to create an atmosphere of praise and worship, inspiring others to connect with God.
Liturgical Dance Team
The Liturgical Dance Team expresses prophetic worship through the art of dance. They choreograph and perform dances that enhance the spiritual atmosphere, conveying messages of faith, joy, and reverence.
Creative Team
The Creative Team focuses on enhancing the visual aspects of worship and events. They create and design stage decorations, graphics, banners, and other artistic elements that add beauty and meaning to the overall experience for The Stirring.
Audio/Visual Team
The Audio/Visual Team manages the technical aspects of sound, lighting, and visual presentations during services and events. They operate sound systems, control lighting setups, manage projection screens, and ensure that audiovisual elements run smoothly.
Event Planning Team
The Event Planning Team coordinates and organizes The Stirring events. They handle logistics, scheduling, venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and all other aspects necessary to ensure successful and memorable events.
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team is dedicated to intercessory prayer and spiritual support for The Stirring. They offer prayer during services and create opportunities for communal prayer. The Prayer Team is also responsible for praying actively before each service begins.
Logistics Team
The Logistics Team focuses on the operational aspects of events and services. They assist with setup and teardown, manage equipment and supplies, coordinate transportation, and handle any logistical needs to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
